Easy to Use Online Collaboration Platform

Free to all our clients is the option to collaborate with your VA using a joint project management (PM) system that is easy to use and requires little to no training. This platform allows us to utilize the assignment of tasks, recurring tasks, and projects and more related to your business, while keeping you up to date on the progress, all in one secure online environment shared between the two of us. You can even subscribe to your account via RSS feed to be updated.

iPhone/iPod App of our Collaboration Platform

Our online project management(PM) system comes with an iPhone/iPod app that you can download and have access to the same system while mobile. You can still be mobile and assign tasks, see what is overdue, see when tasks are completed, create new projects, leave internal messages etc. See our entire collaboration at a glance!

Customized Virtual Action Plans & Task Lists

We realize that there are systems and processes already in place for the tasks that you might be delegating. If there needs to be some adaptation to make them work more efficiently in a virtual model, we can help customize those with you. If you don’t already have systems in place, now is a great time to start!

Online “Notebooks” that Document Systems & Processes

We document our Action Plans & Tasks Lists in a “Notebook” that is stored on our PM system. They are fully editable. We believe that having a “manual” of sorts allows us to see more clearly what is working, not working and how we can improve for better results.

Customized Shared Calendars

It’s most important to plan as much as possible when collaborating. The use of shared calendars can be customized to plan editorial calendars, events, marketing projects, internal schedules, conference and travel plans etc.

Scheduled Weekly or Monthly Virtual Meetings

By scheduling video meetings or online calls via Skype, we accomplish two things. 1. We see each other face to face and get to know one another better. 2. It’s a great way to collaborate and update each other on your business, what is in the pipeline, and helps us not to forget that partners in your business, not strangers in a far-away land.

Personal, Secure Client Access to Time Tracking, Invoices & Online Payments

We provide you with client access to you account via your Freshbooks account. See how many hours have been worked, view your invoices and even pay your invoice online.
